What was the highlight of Castlemartyr Resort Hotel
Fabulous Horel in spectacular surroundings.
Everything from the moment we arrived was 1st class. Staff were friendly, facilities were amazing. Room was top class. Loved the leisure centre and the grounds. Cocktails on the terrace, food was fabulous from dinner in the Brassiere to breakfast the next morning.

The perfect stay in the Cork area
The staff was amazing. Too many people to list but Presley, Karolina, Zabir and Jerry were all amazing and focusing on our well being The food was beyond good. It exceeded each level making casual feel like fine dining

What was the highlight of Castlemartyr Resort Hotel
Fantastic hotel, reasonably priced. Would definitely return.
Everything was great, the room was huge with separate dressing room, terrace and huge bathroom. The hotel felt quiet even though it was busy which is a testament to its layout and having plenty of dining & lounge areas. We ate in the Hunted Hog which was typical but good bar food and in the Canopy restaurant which was delicious. For lunch we ate in the hotel bar and again the food was great. We didn’t use the spa but used the leisure facilities, they are a bit smaller so you wouldn’t spend much time there. Lovely grounds for walks or a bike ride.
We did feel that in comparison to every other staff member the man in the Hunted Hog, who could be the manager was unfriendly to us both times we went in, we actually left without staying the second time after he was rude to us. It’s a shame that the stellar customer service & friendliness of the staff in the resort is not reflected there, although all the other staff members there were lovely. It doesn’t hurt to be nice, even if busy and if they prefer the locals there then maybe they should separate themselves from the resort or else treat everyone equally as paying customers.
